I had been a renter for 17 years. In May, I once again needed to find a new place to rent but a co-worker intercepted my usual line of thinking with the obvious question--“Why don’t you just buy?” Of course, I had entertained the idea before, but with my impacted schedule the thought of having to go through that whole process was, quite frankly, too daunting to seriously consider. However, the thought of throwing away my money again was equally unappealing. In the end, the desire to free myself of landlords and use my hard-earned money on myself won out. The bonus part of all of this was that Justin made driving all over town in search of the right home really fun. While always professional, his casual and always-positive demeanor was easy to enjoy and connect with. I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome.
