You may wonder why you would need an exclusive buyer's agent, or even be anxious about signing an agreement with an agent (at least I was); like me, you probably don't fully understand the value of both your agent and yourself being part of a team. But this makes a true difference! And let's be honest, any professional who works hard and provides a service needs to be paid. Justin also has a great character and is a respectful person. Outside of his "agent's hat", he's a very nice person to talk to and spend time with (you will spend time with any agent when it's time to go visit homes, so it's always a plus to have the company of a smart and fun person!).
If one of my closest friends or family members asked me to recommend them a buyer's agent, I would recommend Justin without thinking twice about it. And if I ever need to buy again in San Diego, I will call Justin right away.
