My husband and I couldn't be happier to have worked with Justin when it came to buying our first home. As first time buyers, we were specifically looking for an exclusive buyer agents who would have our best interest in mind. After our first meeting with Justin, we immediately knew he would be the perfect agent for us.
Since the very beginning Justin was always very personable, accommodating and patient with our needs. I really appreciated his genuine honesty and support, as well as constructive advice during the entire buying process. Justin was very real and open about his role, everything from discussing a fair commission no matter what home we found, to providing his input on which homes we saw. We only toured a total of 3 homes with Justin, before now living in the 2nd one we had seen. This is simply because Justin developed a great feel for who my husband and I are as a couple, and he was insightful in figuring out which home was the best fit for us. He would point out practical matters that we wouldn't have thought of as first time buyers, such as the true expense of tearing down a kitchen wall, or the pros/cons of an exposed backyard on a corner lot. There were so many examples I can't even remember them all. Justin often played devil's advocate when touring homes - pointing out the cons just as much as the pros. I'm thankful he did because we were able to rule out houses much quicker when we kept our realistic expectations in mind, as well as the patience to find the right home.
Justin's work ethic is nothing short of outstanding, and he truly goes above and beyond. When it came to following up with seller's agents regarding existing offers, Justin was on it within an hour's time. The day we decided to make an offer on our now home, Justin was determined to get it out before sunrise the next day! His professionalism remained so consistent during the buying process that we not only got the house, but also closed escrow within 26 days of making our initial offer!
Most of all, Justin was very knowledgeable about (and involved in) the home buying process, which made the entire experience less stressful than we imagined. He was with us every step of the way -- from offer, to signing, to communicating with the seller's agent, escrow, loan officers, etc. A couple times the seller's agent wasn't responding regarding digital form signings, and Justin would follow up to ensure everything was moving along smoothly. He even addressed certain areas of financial specifics that the seller's agent hadn't considered or been aware of.
We explored a couple lenders at the beginning and ended up going with Justin's recommendation, and they were just as "on it" as him - with impeccable communication and fighting for the best interest rates. We also used Justin's recommended home and drain inspectors, which were also completed the same week he reached out to them. To top it off, Justin really fought for us in making the most of our investment. With this help, we were able to shave off a solid amount of our closing costs thanks to the credits we accrued during the final stages of inspection and escrow. Every time I think back about our home buying experience, I think "we couldn't have done it without Justin's help!" - and that is beyond getting our offer accepted.
My husband and I definitely recommend Justin to other home buyers. We especially recommend him to first time buyers because his talent and professionalism made us feel comfortable and at-ease during the entire buying process. Thank you again, Justin!
