As a first-time home buyer in a competitive market, I needed to be confident that my agent was knowledgeable and had my back. My parents had worked with Justin Gramm to find a retirement home in San Diego and had a great experience with him. Based on their (strong and repeated) recommendation, I met with Justin. He was so forthright and well prepared that I agreed to work with him right away. And I'm so glad I did!

Justin has great insight into (and experience with) the San Diego real estate market, and he is very generous with his knowledge. There was no question I couldn't ask, and Justin provided resources to enable me to educate myself about the market and the home-buying process.

Throughout the process (which included a fair number of property visits), Justin asked smart questions to zero in on what was important to me and to highlight issues I hadn't considered. He walked me through all the paperwork and inspection reports, flagging areas of concern. He also coordinated contractor visits to enable me to assess the scope of any anticipated renovations or repairs before committing to a property.

Justin offered just the right amount of guidance to enable me to make informed decisions, without being pushy or overbearing. He was up front, patient, and available, and he was very fun to work with.

Having worked with Justin Gramm, I cannot imagine working with anyone else.
