We have always been sold on the idea of an exclusive buyer's agent when shopping for real estate. We moved to San Diego recently and rented an apartment while we decided where we wanted to live and whether we wanted a condo or single family home.

Justin was very helpful in showing us homes of various types in the city and surrounding area. He made himself very available to look in different locations and to point out pros and cons of different homes.

When we decided on the property that we wanted to buy he took the lead in the negotiations and helped us thru the purchase. Even though he was out of town during part of the time he kept in close contact. He made the process as easy as possible. We would highly recommend him!
